With just five days to go until their rare meeting, I caught this (fleeting!) view of the giant planets Jupiter and Saturn as they edged ever closer towards the Great Conjunction of winter solstice 2020. I was only able to capture brief glimpses of them between fast-moving cloud. This 25-second exposure at Newgrange/Síd in Broga created a nice streak effect and you can see just how much the pair move in under half a minute.
